Wolsey-Wessington Parliamentary Procedure Team Advances to the State Competition

The purpose of the parliamentary procedure Leadership Development Event is to encourage students to learn to effectively participate in a business meeting and to assist in the development of their leadership, research, problem solving skills and critical thinking skills.

During the Parliamentary Procedure LDE, teams conduct a mock chapter meeting to demonstrate their knowledge of basic parliamentary law and the correct use of parliamentary procedures.Six participants per team. The team is scored as a group with no individual scores.
